School Age Child Care
A financially self-sustaining program sponsored by Voorhees Community Education Recreation that offers affordable, safe, and accessible childcare with excellent care and supervision. CER SAC accommodates working parents by providing childcare for children who might otherwise be home alone.
CER provides a cost-effective program in all four elementary schools. CER offers a variety of tuition-based schedules from which to choose. For over 40 years, the SAC program has employed a competent, trained staff of mature individuals with experience working with children.

CER 2025-2026 School Age Care
Kindergarten - 5th grade
CER School Age Care registration for 2025-2026 will open on August 4, 2025 for all Hamilton parents and will continue through August 7th, by school, according to the schedule listed above. CER offers a LIMITED number of scheduling options for our working families (five full days, a.m. only, p.m. only, three full days per week, and five days per month).
Any family registering before 9:00 a.m. on August 4, 2025 or attempting to register e4arlier than your scheduled home school, will be automatically "Waitlisted."
- CER acknowledges that we cannot accommodate all families needing school-age care, and some families will be placed on a waitlist.
- Families that are placed on the waitlist will be contacted once a spot becomes available.
- All families must re-register each year. We do not hold or save spots.
- Please understand that we are working with young children and CAN only accept enough students that we can safely supervise and check in before buses depart.
We will do our best to provide a quality, organized, safe program for as many families as possible. We encourage families to have alternate plans for School Age Care should they not be immediately accepted.
